Group and individual classes that focus on stretching, purifying and strengthening the body and mind through asana (postures), pranayama (breath), mindfulness and energy cultivation. These classes are designed to suit students just beginning their yoga journey, to the more experienced who seek an inwardly focused practice to reconnect with the rhythms, harmony and flow of nature and also to cultivate a sense of resilience, balance and stillness within.
