A combination of Massage and Energy Healing techniques to support your energy system to realign into a new and higher state of balance.

 The level of harmony and flow of the energies that move through our chakra system plays an integral role in our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.

 Your major chakras are located along your spinal column, they are powerful vortexes of energy that receive, filter and emit healing frequencies into your body and auric field.

 When operating in an optimal way, the chakras support and co-create a sense of clarity, peace, inner strength, resilience and overall wellness within our being. They do this by weaving and filtering the necessary Elements, Light and Prana we require into our bodies via the Endocrine system.

 Our chakra system can become stagnant, restricted and/or distorted due to many factors including but not limited to, unhealthy lifestyle choices, our own negative and lower frequency thoughts and feelings, to external events and environmental toxins.

 During a session you will receive an intuitive healing massage, along with the use of crystals, sound frequencies, essential oils and hands on healing to support the purification, realignment and activation of the chakras.
